To arrange delivery and obtain an exact price for delivery you will need to contact us prior to purchase.

Our delivery team are professionals who have over 25 years experience in moving pianos - both grands and uprights. They are fully equipped with piano covers and padded blankets to protect the piano and use a trolley that has pneumatic tyres which ensures the piano is moved as smoothly as possible so not to affect the tuning. The trolley has rubber tyres which are specifically designed so as not to damage floor coverings such as wood, laminate or tiles etc.

The delivery team are also equipped with a special trolley that enables the piano to be placed up on its side to manoeuvre round tight corners. You may be surprised what tight spaces and turns they can negotiate to position the pianos safely into your home!

Delivery is priced based on distance and access to the property.

Our delivery team requests from us your postcode and a detailed description of the access to the property. For example, any tight turns, steps, parking, etc. This information is not only needed for them to quote for the job but to make sure they’re prepared on the day of delivery. Any pictures and or videos of access would be much appreciated and will enable us to give you an accurate delivery quote

Our showroom is located in Melbourne Derbyshire, DE73 8HJ, this is where our delivery team collects your piano from on the day of delivery. They usually charge £1 per mile from our postcode to yours so if you’re 65 miles away from us they would generally charge £65 - however delivery charge can vary due to access to property.
